BICESTER Village is set to create 300 new jobs with the opening of its extended mall next week.
A major recruitment drive is now underway for hundreds of new staff, and the first boutiques will open when construction completes next Thursday.
More new designer outlets will follow during the course of October, with incoming brands to include Dolce & Gabbana, All Saints, N Peal, Radley, Thomas Pink and Theory.
The eagerly-awaited extension will eventually include around 30 boutiques and create more than 300 new jobs.
Bicester Village human resources manager Claire Cadge said: "The new stores bring a range of opportunities for store managers, supervisors and sales advisors. There are a range of hours and shifts to suit different people and their lifestyles."
Bicester Village employees are entitled to benefits including discounts in all boutiques, and can take advantage of development courses to further their careers.
The designer goods retail village has become one of the country's top tourist destinations, getting 3.6million visitors in 2007.
Last year overseas customers accounted for 30% of all visitors and the trend looks set to continue.
Bicester Village spokeswoman Miranda Markham said: "The appetite from international tourists to enjoy a shopping experience while visiting the area remains strong and we are working in close partnership with Bicester Town and all the major key Oxfordshire hotels and attractions to grow this business throughout the region."
Chiltern Railways has reported a 35% increase in train passengers travelling to Bicester North station compared to the same period last year.
Alongside the new stores, a specially-designed adventure playground will be a major attraction for visitors with young families.
The London-based gourmet restaurant and bistro Villandry will be another addition.
The new restaurant should open in early November.
