WORKSHOPS to help members of the community support people under pressure are being held in Oxfordshire in July.
Cherwell District Council has teamed up with national charity Care for the Family to provide the workshops, which also provide training on how to help teenagers and their families who are in need of support and friendship.

They are part of the council's No Place Like Home campaign and are hosted by local churches. The campaign aims to tackle homelessness among young people and focuses on the merits of teenagers staying with their families.

A workshop is being held at Bicester Methodist Church on July 12, from 8.30am to 11.30am.

A special parents information pack is also being provided as part of the campaign, and are available by contacting Glenda Evans on 01295 227969.
