Severe weather warning issued for area

SEVERE weather warnings for the London and the south east, including Bucks and Oxon have been issued by the Met Office this afternoon, Friday.
Residents in both counties have been told to be prepared for slow moving heavy showers and thunderstorms, which are predicted to continue throughout the afternoon and into this evening.

Rainfall of 15mm in three hours have been predicted in some places.
However the River Great Ouse in Bucks was given the all clear by the Environment Agency this morning after being on Flood Watch throughout the week.
