BRACKLEY Cycling Group are wondering if anyone can shed any light on the founder members of the original club formed in the 1880s.
The Crown Hotel (pictured) was the cyclists' touring club headquarters.
In the second photo, the present Brackley Cycle Group are shown outside the newly refurbished Crown Hotel before setting off on a ride.
Anyone wishing to join the group should go along to their Sunday morning rides when they meet at 9am outside Brackley Leisure Centre.
The group provides an opportunity for cyclists of novice and intermediate abilities to ride together.
