PUPILS from Brackley Junior School had their work on display in Marylebone Station in London last month.
Along with children from 39 other local schools, they created a metre-square section of embroidery as part of a giant tapestry celebrating the 400th anniversary of the Banbury Charter.

The tapestry maps the history of the Banbury area both before and after the granting of the royal charter by James I in June, 1608.

The Charter 400 Tapestry Project was supported by several charities and businesses, including Chiltern Railways.
