ARTISTS up for a challenge are being sought to enter an art competition being run by Buckingham Art for All (BAFA).
Unseen in Everyday is the theme of the competition where people are asked to draw, paint or sculpt something with an imaginative approach.

The competition has three categories: novice, intermediate and experienced.

Carol Bagni, from BAFA, said: "There is fantastic scope for interpretation of our theme. It is wonderful to see how the most ordinary as well as the most extraordinary can be perceived to be Unseen in Everyday."

MP for Buckingham and Winslow, John Bercow, is patron of the competition and all work entered will be displayed at an exhibition which starts with a private viewing on November 14, in Akeley Village Hall.

The public will be able to visit the exhibition on November 15, between 10am and 5pm, and November 16, from 11am to 4pm. All visitors will be invited to vote for the best in show during the exhibition.

The deadline for the competition is October 31. For more information and entry forms, contact Lindsey Graham at info@lindseygraham.co.uk or telephone 01280 847245, or visit the website www.buckinghamartforall.co.uk.
