A MYSTERIOUS musician ran rodents out of town in Great Horwood School's end-of-term production The Pied Piper this week.
The whole of Key Stage 2 – around 100 children – performed in the musical production on Monday and Tuesday, which was based on the classic Pied Piper of Hamlin tale.

Headteacher Lesley Whittaker said: "Everybody in the school was involved in some part of it. It was absolutely fabulous."
Younger children from Year 3 played rats and cats, while older children took the lead roles.

Parents and members of staff helped with many aspects of the production, such as building sets, applying make-up, and making costumes.

Written compliments left by parents will be displayed on the school notice board.
