Beer and bangers in Bicester

BURE FARM: The Bure Farm pub in Bicester will host a beer and sausage festival over the August bank holiday weekend.

The event runs from noon next Friday, August 24, to 11pm on Bank Holiday Monday, August 27.

A dozen real ales and five types of sausage will be available. Manager John Jennings said: “We sell a lot of ale and normally offer a choice of up to six, so it’s definitely a winner with our regular customers.” Visit www.burefarmpub.co.uk for details.
