Church open day tomorrow

NEWTON PURCELL: Visitors can tour Newton Purcell’s 12th century Church of St Michael and All Angels at an open day next Saturday, September 8.

Running from 10am to 6pm, the open day will offer floral displays, cake stalls, local produce, bric-a-brac, a tombola and more.

Homemade cakes and coffee will be served from 10.30am to 1pm.

The open day is part of the national Ride and Stride event.
