Fight waste as a community food champion

BUCKS residents who are worried about food waste are being asked to sign up as volunteer food champions for their area.

Organised by the Recycle for Buckinghamshire group, the Community Food Champions campaign wants volunteers to attend local events, deliver talks and write for local newsletters.

Applicants of all ages and backgrounds are welcome.

Volunteers will get training and the chance to bid for funding for their local community group.
