Run or walk the Gawcott Mile for children’s charity

The annual Gawcott Mile takes place at 11am on Saturday, in aid of Alec’s Angels.

This is the third Gawcott Mile, organised by local mum Sarah Cassidy. About 100 people run or walk the mile, starting and ending at Gawcott Methodist Chapel. This year’s theme is Pirates and Fairies, and the WI is providing tea and cakes afterwards.
