THE Annual General Meeting of Brackley Community Events Ltd will be held on Thursday, September 25.
The meeting will start at 8pm in the Learning Support Centre at Magdalen College School's Waynflete site.

Better known as the organisers of Brackley Community Carnival, the company is also responsible for the annual Festival of Food and the continental markets that visit Brackley throughout the year, amongst other events.

The AGM is a public meeting and open to anyone with an interest in the carnival or in staging any other event in Brackley.

The company is operated on a voluntary basis and seeks to run events that provide enjoyment and entertainment for the people of Brackley and the surrounding area.

As well as taking nominations for members of the company, there will be an opportunity to propose new events during the meeting.
