Snake Davis is back in town

IT has been a while since local musician, Snake Davis, played in his home town of Buckingham (three years plus).

A top British soul, funk, jazz, saxophonist, Snake Davis is touring with his band in celebration of the release of his eighth album Talking Bird (released on February 4).

Snake the "sax man" is widely known for his solos on tracks such as Lisa Stansfield's Change, M-People's Search For A Hero and Moving On Up and Take That's A Million Love Songs.

He has played and recorded with artists ranging from James Brown to Paul McCartney, The Eurythmics to Amy Winehouse – having recorded on more than 400 tracks in recent years for over 60 artists and played live with dozens more.

We are delighted to announce that Snake will be bringing his band to play at The Radcliffe Centre, Church Street, Buckingham, today, Friday.
He will also be bringing the harmonious, soul, funk, folk group The Burden of Paradise, featuring the fabulous vocal talents of the former Sony signed Helen Watson to the centre on Friday, September 26.
