SOUTH Northants Council is working in partnership with Helmdon Parish Council to ask residents in Helmdon their views on affordable housing in their community.
The council will be sending out a Housing Needs Survey along with its copy of the Parish Council newsletter during October. The survey is part of a programme of consultation around the district to give the council accurate local information about what affordable housing is needed and where it would be best situated. This information will help the council work with developers to provide small-scale developments that meet this local need.
