FARMERS’ MARKET: Winslow Farmers’ Market goes from strength to strength, with this Sunday’s market seeing a full complement of traders following the post-Christmas break.
There will be about 25 stalls selling a range of produce, including fabulous fish from Selsey Bill, locally produced rare breed meat and poultry as well as an array of artisan breads, cakes and pies.
The market, on the town’s Market Square, also welcomes a new stall, Harvey’s of Stewkley, who will be tempting buyers with homemade puddings and desserts.
As usual, live music is provided, this month courtesy of local covers band The Cantells, and all the local shops will be open during market hours of 10am until 2pm.
