(08/08) Walking for health around Buckingham

A SCHEME which promotes walking for health is holding its next country walk today, Friday. (08/08)
Simply Walk, which has been running for six years, will be holding fortnightly events in the countryside around Buckingham, starting from Cornwall's Place, between Waitrose and Buckingham Community Centre, at 11am.

The walks are free and are suitable for people not used to regular exercise or who are recovering from an illness.

Walks will take place today, and then on August 22, and again on September 12 and 26.
