A CELEBRATION of country life can be enjoyed at the 124th Blakesley Show and Gymkhana on Saturday, August 2.
Main events will include a grand parade, heavy horse, steam and tractor ploughing competitions, threshing and binding displays, working vintage machinery, a dog scurry, archery, terrier racing and the Ricky Malone Dog Display.
A variety of sheep and cattle will be exhibited, as well as corn, hay and root crops.
Equestrian attractions will include show jumping, private driving, dressage, ponies and hunters.
Gates open at 8.30am at Hootens Farm in Blakesley.
