Buckingham Town returned to the top of the Cherwell League Division One table on Saturday (27/06) with a home victory against Cumnor.
Jonny Cater stroked an unbeaten 95 and Leigh Tomlinson a half century for Buckingham as they posted 205-2. Cumnor made 202-5, with Vish Valambhia continuing his hot streak with 3-85.

Buckingham lead the table by 17 points from Dinton, with Cumnor in third place.

In the basement spot Bicester & North Oxford I again faced disappointment as they were edged out at Oxford II, who compiled 162-7. Bicester were dismissed for 161.

Twyford I moved to the top of Division Three with a win at Oxford III. Ben Elkington grabbed 6-38 as Oxford were all out for 218. Hiram Shallow hit a superb 155 not out as Twyford made 221-7.
