BICESTER Town bounced back from a run of two defeats to earn a 1-1 draw at high-riding Kidlington on Tuesday in the Hellenic League Premier Division.
The hosts took the lead in the 12th minute through Baker, but Bicester kept in contention and Shaun Lambourne fired home the equaliser from a corner in the 76th minute.

Bicester crashed 3-0 at Bracknell Town last Saturday in an FA Cup preliminary
round tie and lost 4-2 to fellow Hellenic League Premier Division side Ardley United in a derby match the previous Monday.

Bicester boss Tim Fowler said after the Kidlington game: "They were a good side, particularly in the first half, but we weathered the storm and ended the game with a deserved draw."

Dan Ames is available for Saturday's FA Vase home tie against Wantage Town after missing Tuesday's game, but Nigel Emsden is a doubt with a calf strain.

There was disappointment for Ardley as they were beaten 1-0 at home against Chalfont Wasps last Saturday. United were sunk by an 85th minute winner from Thompson. But in the Floodlit Cup preliminary round on Wednesday at Wasps they took revenge and won 1-0, Mason scoring in the 40th minute.
They host Witney United this Saturday, kick-off 3pm.

In Division One East, Launton Sports drew 1-1 at home with Finchampstead on Saturday. Sports led through Basanti's goal in the 76th minute, but Prentice levelled for Finchampstead 13 minutes later.
