Last season's league and cup winners, Moretonville Rangers, kickstarted their season in fine style with a last-minute goal to win the Brackley under-14 tournament.
Having come through their qualifying league without conceding a goal, Ville went a goal down to Olney in the semi-final. Ville hit back to take a 2-1 lead, with Stuart Ironmonger grabbing the winner just before the end to send them into the final with Newport Pagnell.

The final was a close affair with both sides having chances before Newport broke the deadlock with a well-taken free kick.

Ville came back into it and were rewarded when Tom Blake fired home to level.
Extra time was all one way traffic as Ville created chance after chance. They sealed victory with the last kick of the game when new boy Ashley Peacock fired in a 20-yarder to win the trophy for the second year running.
