MORETONVILLE under-13s Rovers opened their league campaign with a hard-earned 3-1 home win over Flitwick Eagles at the weekend.
After missing a penalty, Rovers got another chance and Ryan Marsden fired home from the spot for a 1-0 lead. Matt Cruse and Jack Carter then combined to earn a corner from which Tom Marshall whipped a fine effort into the top corner to increase the
lead.
Flitwick pulled a goal back after the break, but Rovers sealed victory when Carter converted Marshall's cross.

Moretonville Rangers under-11s beat Willen Juniors Panthers 4-2 after coming back from 2-0 down.
Panthers got off to a flying start scoring two goals within the first five minutes. Rangers hit back when a well-taken corner from Jonathan Aubrey was driven into the top of the net by Euan Davies.
Then Josh Nesden struck for Rangers to bring the teams level at half time. Throughout the second half more pressure led to goals from Harry Wicks and a second from Nesden, which sealed victory for Rangers.
Moretonville Tornados under-13s ran out 6-4 winners in a thrilling home game against United MK.
After going behind early on, Tornados battled back to make it 2-2 at half time, with goals from Ali Preston and Jason Dickinson.
After the break, two quick goals by George Ford gave Tornados a 4-2 lead, with Jason Dickinson and Danny Bradley increasing the advantage with further strikes. MK clawed back two goals.

Moretonville under-10s Rangers secured their first win as they beat Heelands Rangers Alphas 4-3.
Finn Molloy opened the scoring and Jordan Tavener made it 2-0 when he pounced on a loose ball in the box to fire home.
Heelands pulled a goal back after the break, but Rangers increased their lead through Henry Wilkinson. Molloy fired in the winner for his second goal, despite Heelands dominating the game and scoring a further goal.
'Keeper Sam Hill was man of the match for Rangers for his fine display in goal.

Halse United under-12s have started their season well with two good wins. The first was against Olney Town, which saw them run out 5-2 winners in their first league match thanks to goals from Tom Webb (2), Ben Ayre, Luke Gilsenan and Hayden Gamble.
Halse then carried their good form into their next match in the league cup to see off strong opposition in the shape of City Colts Falcons at home. Webb was in great form scoring a superb hat-trick, while a cool finish by George Baldwin and an 18- yard power drive from Declan Batty capped off a great all-round team performance.

When Aaron Culley lobbed the Wing Raiders 'keeper after five minutes, it looked like Brackley Town under-14s were going to go on the rampage, but as Joe Read's goal was disallowed, the weather changed and Town had to face driving rain. Wing pushed hard and 10 minutes later they equalised with a 20-yard shot.
Brackley composed themselves again, creating opportunities, but nothing materialised before the break. Finally the lead was restored when Wing's keeper failed to hold Culley's shot and the cushion came when Stuart Franks released Kieron Scott to make it 3-1.
Moments later, Scott had his second through a great solo run. Fantastic work by Charlie Pane kept up the pressure until Jordan Marshall whipped the ball into the box and found the back of the net. Wing had a last attack, but keeper Marcus Culley made a superb reaction save and defence turned into attack with Scott completing his third successive hat-trick to make it 6-1 at the whistle.
