Bicester Beerhounds Motorcycle Club took hundreds of pounds’ worth of food, bedding and accessories to the Oxfordshire Animal Sanctuary on their third annual Pet Food Run on Saturday.

A total of 35 bikes set off on the run to the sanctuary in Stadhampton. Beerhounds were joined by members of Wolfspack MCC and Ridgeway MCC, while the Birmingham Harley Owner Group send donations including a £100 cheque.

A total of £275 was delivered with about £600 worth of food and accessories, and lots of bedding.

The ride, which set off from Fluffy Paws Pet Supplies in Bucknell Road, had been rearranged after bad weather in March.

Fluffy Paws owner Rob ‘Duggy’ Douglas said the store hosts collections for the animal sanctuary throughout the year.
