The family of a four-year-old boy who died after part of a mirror fell on him in the Hugo Boss store in Bicester Village have released an image of him today.

An inquest into the death of Austen Harrison, from Crawley, is due to be opened in Oxford tomorrow, Wednesday.

A statement from law firm Hodge Jones & Allen said Austen’s family plans to set up a foundation in his name to improve the lives of other children.

A tribute from the parents read: “Austen was a bright and vibrant boy who injected life into everything he touched.

“His energy and creativity will be missed every day by all who met him and by those who did not have the privilege to meet him.”

The inquest will open at 2pm.

Austen died at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford on June 8 after having suffered severe head injuries four days earlier.
