A 24-year-old from Brackley beat nine other hopefuls in a nationwide search to find the HiQ fast fit network’s grid girl for the finals of the MSA Touring Car Champion at Brands Hatch later this month.

After thousands of votes were cast and verified petrol head Jodi Hall said it will be a dream come true to stand on the grid next to some of the fast men in Britain.

She said “I can’t believe I’ve won. I didn’t expect it – I feel excited and nervous all at once! I have a huge passion for motorsport and to be on the grid as Mat Jackson’s Grid Girl is a dream come true!”

As well as the chance stand close to her motorsport heroes, Jodi wins a host of glamorous prizes, and will represent the brand during the culmination of its 36 month education and fundraising campaign to raise £100,000 Breast Cancer Care.

The BTCC Grand Final takes place on Sunday October, 21.
