Buckingham Art for All (BAFA) will be launching a book about its five year history at an exhibition in Buckingham this weekend.
The group will be holding its fifth annual art exhibition in the community centre, on Saturday and Sunday.
Members have spent the last few months working hard on their artwork, which will be based on two themes - dreams and weather.
The exhibition opens at 10am on Saturday and will close at 4pm while on Sunday, the opening hours will be 11am to 4pm.
Entry is free and there will be refreshments available.
Visitors will be able to vote for their favourite paintings and the winners will be announced on the Sunday afternoon.
Most of the work will be for sale along with prints of work and cards, providing art lovers with the chance to purchase early Christmas presents.
The group’s celebration book will feature work from local artists and will include a round up of the club’s activities over the years.
BAFA is a not for profit organisation which encourages artists to come together to share their enthusiasm for producing, exhibiting and talking about art.
BAFA holds monthly meetings, organises gallery visits, hosts workshops and stages two exhibitions a year.
More details on joining can be found on its website, www.buckinghamartforall.co.uk or by calling 08432 897244.
This year, the group has visited the House of Commons on a sketching trip for exhibition winners.
