The 2nd Buckingham Brownies have handed over £407.64 to the Roka School Project, which raises funds to improve the facilities for children at Roka Primary School, in Kenya.
Team members travel to Kenya every year to carry out work such as building and re-roofing classrooms for the school.
The fundraising team, based in Brackley, had previously visited the Brownie group and talked to the girls about life at the Kenyan school. This inspired the Brownies, who have been working to achieve their World Issues badge, to try to help raise money for the project.
They made Christmas craft items, then organised a Christmas bazaar with stalls and games for friends and family.
