Work starting on new roundabout tomorrow

Work will start tomorrow, Monday, to construct a new roundabout on the A413 London Road, Buckingham, near the existing Tesco roundabout.

Work will also be carried out to modify the existing Tesco roundabout. The works will continue until around April 6.

The changes are in connection with controversial plans to build 700 homes on the ring road.

The traffic control will change as required to suit the works and to minimise disruption to the travelling public, but two-way traffic lights within restricted hours will be used.

Montel Civil Engineering have been contracted to carry out the works on behalf of Barratt Homes/Bovis Homes.
