POLICE are appealing for witnesses after two reports of a driver approaching children in Grendon Underwood over the last fortnight.
In both incidents, a silver Ford Focus reportedly approached schoolchildren in Main Street.
The first incident was at 4.30pm on Thursday, October 20, when the driver made gestures for a teenager to get into the car. The second was between 4pm and 4.30pm on Monday, when a silver car slowed down near a group of teenagers and then drove away.
No verbal exchange or physical contact was reported in either incident, but police are keen to identify the owner of the car.
Anyone with information should contact PC Steve Brisley at Waddesdon Police Station on 08458 505505.
