Cases coming before Northampton Magistrates’ Court this week:

ANDREW BELL, 24, Hartwell Road, Ashton. Pleaded guilty to damaging shop wall in Towcester. Sentenced to 100 hours unpaid work and told to pay £85 costs.

GARETH JOHNS, 25, Campbell Close, Towcester. Pleaded not guilty to stealing two air conditioning units, case adjourned to May 2 for committal to crown court.

MARK WILLETTS, 26, Oakhill Road, Towcester. Pleaded not guilty to stealing an air conditioning unit, case adjourned to May 2 for committal to crown court.

JANE WHITELEY, 81, The Green, Evenley. Charged with driving without due care and attention, failing to stop at the scene of an accident and failing to report an accident, case adjourned to April 12.

TRACEY ROADNIGHT, 30, Stuart Road, Brackley. Charged with failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver, adjourned to April 5.

MATTHEW SAINSBURY, 27, Beaumont Crescent, Brackley. Admitted removing electronic monitoring device. A curfew was imposed, and he was told to pay £60 compensation and £250 costs.
