GRENDON UNDERWOOD: A man has been found guilty of the murder of a fellow prisoner at HMP Grendon in August.

Lee Robert Foye, 26, was found guilty of the murder of 44-year-old Robert Coello at the prison on August 1.

Foye, who was serving a 16-year life sentence at the time of the murder, was given a further life sentence with a 35-year minimum tariff at Luton Crown Court on Tuesday.

Det Ch Ins Vince Grey said the attack had been particularly vicious, and said he hoped the verdict would bring some comfort to Mr Coello’s family.
