Burglars stole a wristwatch and medication after smashing a window at a home in Bicester’s Kingsmere estate on Thursday last week.

The home on Goodwood Close was broken into between 8am and 5.30pm.

PC Bryn Smith, from Banbury Police Station, said: “This is a secluded area on a pathway linking Bicester to Chesterton. However there is plenty of foot traffic and cyclists using this area as well as local builders who are constructing houses on the new estate nearby.

“I wish to appeal to anyone who was in the area at the time who may have witnessed any suspicious activity to contact police.”

Anyone with information should contact PC Smith via the Thames Valley Police Enquiry Centre on 101, or speak to Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111 or online at crimestoppers-uk.org.
