Woman bitten by dog in Greens Norton

GREENS NORTON: A woman in her fifties was left with deep wounds to one of her legs after being attacked by a dog last week.

Sometime between 8am and 8.15am on Thursday, September 1 the women was walking her own dog in a field off Blakesley Hill in Greens Norton.

When she was approached by two other dog walkers, one of their dogs, which was on a lead, lunged at the victim’s dog. As she tried to restrain her own dog the third dog, which was a Dalmation, bit her on the thigh leaving deep puncture wounds.
