The call is out to creative kids to take part in an innovative egg ‘eggschange’, with the chance to win an ‘eggciting’ prize.
Buckingham store Secret Messages Emporium wants local children to help create its Easter window display.
The shop on Bridge Street, Buckingham, has gained a reputation for its wild and wacky window displays, created by owner Krys Doyle.
Now Mr Doyle, of Maids Moreton, is asking kids to bring in decorative eggs from March 16, which he will use to create his Easter shop window.Eggs can be made from any material, including papier mache, decoupage, blown eggs or paintings.
Every egg handed in will be exchanged for a small chocolate egg and eggs must be labelled with your name and phone number.
The window display will start to go up from March 16 and develop as more eggs are handed in.
Mr Doyle said: “It should be quite a creative window.”
After Easter, the entries will be independently judged and the winner will receive a special chocolate egg gift.
