Emergency road treatment works are being carried out on the Botolph Claydon to Calvert Road, Steeple Claydon.

The work forms part of the We’re Working On It programme, by Transport for Buckinghamshire (TfB).

The work, which began yesterday to improve the condition of the road and prolong its life, is expected to take four days.

The road will be closed between 7am and 6pm while work goes on, and information signs have been put up giving dates and durations.

Work is subject to disruption due to bad weather, and if there are delays TfB will display updated signs at either end of the site reflecting any changes in dates.

There will be a signed diversion route and TfB says every effort will be made to maintain access for residents, although there may be some delay as the works pass a particular property.

TfB apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.

Further information about this work can be found on TfB’s Service Information Centre at www.transportforbucks.net/Were-working-on-it.aspx
