Audiences can join the search for lost pirate gold with Chesterton Panto Troupe’s new production Treasure Island this Friday and Saturday, March 8 and 9.

It will be the 17th year that the troupe has staged a performance, and all proceeds will go to Chesterton School Association.

Long John Silver, played by Julian Cordy, and Polly the Parrot, return to claim a lost treasure map in the hands of Sally the Dame, played by Colin Stocker.

Jim, played by Jayne Nash, is determined to win the heart of Sally’s daughter Mary, played by Clare Kavanagh.

Shows are held at Chesterton School, starting at 7.30pm this Friday, and at 2pm and 7pm on Saturday. Tickets are £6 for adults and £4 for children and concessions. A bar is available.
