The Winslow Farmers’ Market gazebos have been on loan to the Winslow Hall Opera, which has been hiring them out to picnickers at performances of Carmen.
In return for the use of the gazebos, the organisers offered a substantial discount to Winslow residents for the opera’s first night last week.
The last performance of Carmen is tomorrow, Saturday. And the organisers have committed to delivering all of the gazebos back to the Market Square by 8.30am on Sunday, in time for Winslow Farmers’ Market, which runs from 10am to 2pm.
The RSPB are bringing a stall to the market this month and the Young Farmers will have the community stall.
Live music will be by local musician Adam Ford, playing classical guitar.
Bird’s Bees Honey and Whitchurch Potatoes are both back this month.
