Local organisations have rallied round this year to provide marshals for the Buckingham Christmas Parade on Saturday, December 14.
About 40 entries are taking part in the parade, including three bands.
Chairman of the parade committee, Howard Mordue, said: “I would like to thank all the organisations and individuals that have volunteered to take part or act as marshals.
“We have had a good response to the call for help and I particularly would like to thank the parade committee who took over the running of the event this year. I hope everyone will enjoy the spectacle on the day. Without the support and financial contribution of Buckingham Town Council, it would be impossible to put on such a large display and be able to pay for the bands to take part.
“I would also remind everyone only to put money in marked charity buckets of those organisations they wish to support, as the money goes direct to them.
