Gruelling trek in support of Gurkha soldiers

A FORMER primary school deputy headteacher from Towcester will be repaying the debt of honour owed to Gurkha soldier when he takes part in a gruelling 62 mile trek.

In July David Morley, formerly of St Lawrence School will take part in the Oxfam Trailwalker event across the South Downs in Sussex.

The walk was devised as a training exercise for Gurkhas and July’s event will raise money for Oxfam and the Gurkha Trust.
