THERE’S a chance for local people to discuss how health services should be developed and delivered in the future at an ‘involvement event’ in Buckingham on Wednesday, September 21.

Bucks Healthcare NHS Trust and NHS Bucks and Oxon Cluster are jointly hosting a series of these events to inform the new Better Healthcare In Bucks programme, to develop new ways of delivering sustainable healthcare services for local people.

Everyone is welcome to attend the event on September 21 at Buckingham Community Centre in Cornwall’s Meadow, from 10.30am to noon, but places must be booked in advance by calling 01494 552256 or emailing betterhealthcareinbucks@buckinghamshire.nhs.uk.

Doors open at 10am for tea and coffee.

The events are being held prior to formal public consultation on any proposed developments.

A survey is also being launched, to obtain the views of people who are unable to attend one of the events, and this will be available from early September at www.buckshealthcare.nhs.uk/gettinginvolved
