Homes in Dadford and Silverstone were without power on Friday night, after a hot air balloon collided with overhead cables at Silverstone Golf Club.
About 150 properties lost their power supply from about 8.30pm due to damaged cables.
A Western Power Distribution spokesman said the company managed to repair the line and most people had their power restored by 9.30pm.
Power was restored to the last 20 properties by 11.30pm.
The balloon was one of six taking part in a hot air balloon fly-out from Silverstone Circuit as part of the Silverstone Classic event.
Two fire crews from Buckingham attended the incident but their help was not needed.
The three occupants of the balloon were treated for cuts and grazes at Silverstone Circuit’s medical centre but a spokesman said nobody was seriously injured.
