Motor vehicle students at Banbury and Bicester College have taken delivery of two new cars. On Tuesday, Hyundai UK donated the cars, with a combined value of £25,000, to the college’s motor vehicle centre in Broughton Road, Banbury. Rose Turner, college principal, said: “We are extremely grateful. By working with employers such as Hyundai we can ensure students also have access to the latest vehicles and equipment so they can develop skills employers are looking for.” The £2m motor vehicle centre, which forms part of a larger £6m development at the college’s Banbury campus, features the latest vehicle lifts, engine diagnostic equipment and electric car charging points.
