From cake decorating demonstrations to freshly cooked authentic Neapolitan wood-fired pizza – all sorts of delicious fare will be on offer at Buckingham’s third annual food fair.

The fair is taking place from 10am to 3pm on Saturday, February 28, in Buckingham Community Centre .

Capitalising on the success of the last two years, there will be more than 20 local producers taking part in the event.

With free entry for the public, there will be cake decorating demonstrations throughout the day from Party Bakes and Victoria Sponge. For cheese lovers, goats’ cheese producers Neneview Dairy, who are finalists in the 2014/15 Carlsberg Northamptonshire Food and Drink Awards will be taking part.

Among the other producers are Silverstone Brewery, Brackley Bakery of Westbury, Yokel Yogurt of Aylesbury and Sugar Everywhere of Buckingham, as well as Virtual Orchard, a small independent producer of cider, mead and apple brandy, and handmade chocolates from Sugar Chef.

Outside the venue, Mozzarella Nation will be cooking up a treat with its authentic Neapolitan wood-fired pizza.

With a few tables left, there is still an opportunity for more local producers to take part.
