Housebuilder Barratt Homes is opening its showhomes at the new Windsor Park development, opposite Tesco on London Road, Buckingham, this weekend.

The three-bedroom Barwick and the four-bedroom Woodgate and Thornbury showhomes will open to the public tomorrow, Saturday.

When complete, the estate will add about 700 new homes to Buckingham. The project is a partnership between Barratt Homes, its sister company David Wilson Homes, Bellway and Bovis Homes.

House prices range from £270,000 to £350,000.

In addition to new houses, the associated planning agreement will see the developers build a community sports hall with sports pitches as well as an investment of £3.6 million to local services.

The developers are applying to the Royal Names department at the Cabinet Office for consent to use the name Windsor Park.
