Bicester man badly injured in crash

Police are appealing for witnesses after a young motorcyclist was seriously injured in a road traffic collision in Bicester on Friday evening.

At about 6.25pm, officers were called to a report that a purple and white Honda motorbike and a blue Renault Clio car had collided on the Fringford Road at Caversfield.

The motorcyclist, a man in his 20s from Bicester, suffered serious injuries and was taken to John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford.

Anyone who has any information about this incident should contact PC Daniel Watford via the Thames Valley Police enquiry centre on 101.
