Breaking news: Fatal accident near Brackley
A 34-YEAR-OLD woman has died after her car caught fire following a crash near Brackley this week.
Her young son, who was a passenger in the vehicle, managed to free himself.
The accident happened just after 8.30pm on Monday, September 26 on the B4525 at Greatworth.
The woman and her son, who police said are from the local area, were in a black Ford Focus travelling towards Sulgrave when it collided with a blue X-Type Jaguar travelling in the opposite direction.
The driver and passenger of the Jaguar, both from the Towcester area, were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
