This week the winners of Buckingham In Bloom 2013 were presented with their prizes by Mayor of Buckingham, Ruth Newell.
All the gardens that had been nominated were judged in July.
The panel of judges made up of the mayor, town councillors Geraldine Collins, Hedley Cadd and Terry Bloomfield went to view the gardens that had been nominated, and then chose the winners.
Gardens were judged on variety of plants, colour and overall appearance.
This year a new category of Community Garden was introduced.
The winner this year was once again Mr Wilkins of Meadow Gardens, whose garden is brimming with colour and beautiful plants.
Mr Wilkins was presented with a rosette, garden vouchers, certificate and a cup which has been introduced this year.
Second place went to Mrs Smith of Paynes Court, and third place went to Mr and Mrs Liddle of Lenborough Close.
Commended went to Mr Rayner, of Western Ave, Mr and Mrs Pearce, of Addington Road and Mrs Melluish of Fisherfields.
CCommunity Garden was won by the Options Day Centre, in the Buckingham Centre, on Verney Close.
