AN 18-YEAR-OLD man from Bicester was pronounced dead at the scene of an accident near Croughton on Tuesday.

At around 10.40am a black Sukida motorcycle, ridden by the 18-year-old, was in collision with a white lorry, being driven by a 54-year-old man from Witney, on the B4031 between Croughton and the Barleymow roundabout on the A43.

Police identified the teenager as Liam Benjamin Treacy, from the Bicester area.

An inquest was due to be opened by the Northants coroner on Friday.
