Fire crews rushed to Buckingham High Street this afternoon after smoke was reported coming from the upstairs floor of a dental practice.

Crews from Winslow and Buckingham were called to the Buckingham House Dental Practice at 3.42pm, today, Monday, January 28.

A spokesman Bucks Fire Service said crews used thermal imaging cameras, breathing masks, and CO2 extinguishers, but added: “It sounds like what whatever it is, it’s not going to develop into anything bigger.

“It was a timely call and the crews have it under control.”
