Improve your songwriting
A six-day songwriting workshop is taking place at Redfields, in Winslow, from October 25 to 30.
Participants can choose from a five-night workshop, weekend or day options, with or without accommodation.
The workshop is being run by Aortas of Milton Keynes
Founder Dan Plews, who teaches songwriting and music at Northampton College, said the idea of running his own workshop came out of attending another workshop run by one of his songwriting heroes in 2008.
He said: “What I found was that being with other songwriters I became immersed in the process – collaboration, competition, and people of all levels learning from each other.
“And without the distractions of daily life, we all became better, more productive songwriters.”
