Man arrested after series of four break-ins

OXFORDSHIRE: A man has been arrested over a series of four Oxfordshire burglaries, including one in Steeple Aston.

The 42-year-old man from Cheltenham was arrested last week over the break-ins, which all took place on Tuesday, November 13.

The man was arrested over burglaries in Paines Hill, Steeple Aston; Oxford Road, Bladon; Ditchley Road, Charlbury; and The Ridings, Leafield.

The man was bailed to return to Abingdon Police Station on January 8. The arrest follows a recent increase in burglaries in west Oxfordshire.
